Reiki helps relieve stress, anxiety, improves mood, helps clear emotional blocks, balances chakras, supports healing and a better nights sleep. Reiki works differently for each person depending on where you are at on your journey. It works like a layered energy system and is divinely guided to where it is needed most at the time. Additional tools incorporated into the sessions are crystals and sound therapy and if guided I will finish the treatment with an oracle card reading to help you further connect in with the session.
