This is a deeper experience, as an Intuitive Practitioner I am able to scan the body and instinctively identify areas in need of tension release with a deeper tissue massage. Overall I can assist with physical, emotional, mental and spiritual release. As you start to further relax you will find yourself letting go into a deeper awareness of self where the Reiki is then transferred through my hands into your body, clearing your energetic field and charging it with positive light energy. Reiki helps relieve stress, anxiety, improves mood, helps clear emotional blocks, balances chakras, supports healing and a better nights sleep. Reiki works differently for each person depending on where you are at on your journey. It works like a layered energy system and is divinely guided to where it is needed most at the time. Additional tools incorporated into the sessions are crystal and sound therapy, and we finish the treatment with an oracle card reading to help you further connect in with the session.
